This newly renovated hotel is conveniently located steps away from the train station and busy central shopping district. You could walk across the bridge if desired. The highlights were in-room dining and the overall interior design. Also, the bedding was comfortable!

When I checked in, the receptionist, a woman with glasses at the front desk, was extremely polite and courteous, and I felt that this is indeed a Westin. Breakfast was average for the price. Very satisfied with the cleanliness and luxury of the building.

Everything was excellent from start to the finish. That is, the check in process was seamless and very quick, the property is in a great location and the overall service was exceptional. The rooms are very clean, the daily cleaning service was very efficient and done in time. Food at the main tapas restaurant was very good and the service was great. Breakfast was also very good, with a large variety of choices. Check out was a breeze and once again, very efficient. Personally, I feel that this property is a great value for money.

This hotel has a good location on the edge of the old city center so you can walk everywhere. Especially useful if you're coming by car is that the hotel is easy to reach and has good (but pricy) parking in the basement. The staff was very polite and friendly. The breakfast was nice, a very friendly lady makes omelettes for you which is nice. The pool at the 6th floor is quite nice, though the water is a bit cold. I found the room to be very clean, cleaner then most other places I've been to.

Great location - near the shopping streets (Zeil) and train/subway/tram station Konstablerwache. A lot of good restaurants nearby (within walking distance) including some Michelin Guide ones (had dinner at one of them - Bidlabu). Newly renovated hotel & room. Taxi stand (useful to transfer to airport) is right in front of hotel. Friendly staff who speaks great English.

We had a wonderful time. All the personnel was absolutely great, really. They were all helpful, attentive, kind and smiling. Even after our stay, we were easily able to communicate with the personnel regarding any problems or confusions. Very professional establishment overall. We especially thank Mr. Çetin Köksal for his kind and attentive care and support for all our detailed needs during our stay - he was very focused on details, extremely helpful and definitely solution-oriented. Definitely made everything easier. Overall, we thank everybody at the hotel, it really was a very pleasant experience. Hope to stay here again when we visit Frankfurt.
