Everything was excellent from start to the finish. That is, the check in process was seamless and very quick, the property is in a great location and the overall service was exceptional. The rooms are very clean, the daily cleaning service was very efficient and done in time. Food at the main tapas restaurant was very good and the service was great. Breakfast was also very good, with a large variety of choices. Check out was a breeze and once again, very efficient. Personally, I feel that this property is a great value for money.

Very nice interior, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Special thanks to Ms Zaiga at the breakfast venue. Pool for children and sauna was a plus. Nice to have a "grab and go" option for a quick snack

Breakfast ok, but didn’t expect much, not great value for money, had beautiful breakfasts out in cafes - better than expected Great bed, and bed linen. Pillows a little firm, four of them, seemed all same, perhaps a variation of pillow type Super quiet, hardly a sound outside the room, internally and externally Great shower and gels

The location was excellent, in one of the main streets but just around the block there were the shopping areas, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and subway stations. Checking-in could have been much faster, as the receptionist had to work the screen for a bit, but otherwise it was alright. The room was quiet, comfortable, well-appointed and cleaned daily. The room temperature was centrally controlled but was always nice, not too warm and not cold. The bed was clean, firm and made up daily. It was possible to open the window to let in fresh air, if necessary, but when closed one doesn't hear street noise. The TV was good, a lot of news channels in English. Bottled water supplied daily. Laundry service was excellent. There is a cab rank in front of the hotel.

newly refurbed, looks and feels luxury, beds were very comfy sleep, it has a lovely swimming pool sauna steam area, has a wine shop inside it, great location, close to shopping centre.

If you’d like to stay in the city centre this hotel is a perfect match. Even though we don’t like these touristic areas we choosed to stay at this hotel because it was close to the Main and also in a central location. The amenities were amazing and so was the staff, the room was gorgeous and we enjoyed staying at the spa. We had breakfast once, which was delicious and seemed to be good quality.
